We understand each tenant has unique needs so we have set up a variety of terms to ensure they get the best option.
At this time, we require no deposit for the units and we hope to keep this policy in place.
Each unit with dirt flooring is $35 per month or if you prefer to pay for six months at a time the rate will be $32.50 or a total of $195. And lastly, if you prefer to pay for an entire year at once, the rate will be $30/month or $360 total.
Each unit with concrete flooring is $45 per month or if you prefer to pay for six months at a time the rate will be $42.50 or a total of $255. And lastly, if you prefer to pay for an entire year at once, the rate will be $40/month or $480 total.
The two rental buildings offer the opportunity to build a good business with great highway exposure and easy parking. They require the tenant to pay all costs for utilities and a deposit equal to the first and last months’ rent of $200 or $400 total.
